Disappointing experience — no response to quality concern

Ordered a 5 mg vial of TB-500 that arrived with visible particulate matter after reconstitution that didn't dissolve fully. Emailed twice to raise a quality concern — no response after 10 days. Disputed the bank transfer with my bank but process has been slow. Would not recommend until they resolve their quality control and customer service issues.

Relatively fast delivery (2 days once dispatched). Reasonably priced.
Cons
Product had reconstitution issues. Zero response to customer complaint. No COA. Bank transfer only — no consumer protection.

Ordered BPC-157 here because the price was significantly lower than other UK suppliers. Took 5 days to dispatch with no tracking update until it arrived. The powder looked normal on reconstitution but there's no third-party COA available so I can't verify purity. Got mild effects which suggests it's not completely inactive, but I'm not fully confident. Would consider again only for non-critical use.
